The fastest way to reach the NickSymbol editorial team is email: mail@nicksymbol.com. One inbox handles everything — corrections, symbols that will not display, content removal, copyright complaints and partnership offers. We aim to reply within three business days.
Email us directly
We do not run a contact form. A plain email reaches a person faster, keeps the whole thread in one place, and lets you attach a screenshot — which is usually what we need to reproduce a problem.
To get a useful answer on the first reply, put the topic in the subject line and include the page URL you are writing about. If your message is about a symbol or a generated name, paste the actual characters into the email body rather than describing them — pasted text keeps the exact code points, a description does not.
What we can help with

Every request below goes to the same address. The table shows what to send so we can act on the first reply instead of asking you for details.
| Your request | Send us | Reply target |
|---|---|---|
| A symbol or font style shows as an empty box | The pasted character, your device, and the app or game | 3 business days |
| Something on a page is wrong or out of date | The page URL and what should change | 3 business days |
| Remove a nickname someone submitted | The exact nickname text and the page it appears on | 2 business days |
| Copyright or trademark complaint | The URL, the work concerned, and proof you hold the rights | 2 business days |
| Partnership, advertising or press | What you are proposing, in the first paragraph | 5 business days |
Report a symbol that will not display

An empty box means your device has no font covering that character — the character itself is still correct. This is the single most common thing readers write to us about, and it is worth reporting, because it tells us which glyphs to move down our lists.
Paste the character straight into the email. Do not retype it or send a photo of it: a screenshot shows us your missing font, while the pasted text carries the real code points we need to identify it. Adding your device model, operating system version and the app where it failed lets us reproduce the exact case rather than guess at it.
Content removal and copyright
Visitors can submit their own nicknames to the community lists on this site, and those submissions are public once they appear. If a nickname is yours and you want it taken down, send us the exact text and the page it is on — we do not need a legal notice for that, just enough to find the right entry.
For a copyright or trademark complaint, tell us which URL is involved, which work or mark it concerns, and on what basis you hold the rights. We handle these ourselves rather than through a form, and we will tell you what we did.
Who runs NickSymbol
This site is published by the NickSymbol editorial team. We build and maintain the symbol library and the name generator at NickSymbol, test the characters on real devices, and write the guides you will find on the blog. Editorial decisions and replies to this inbox come from the same team.
NickSymbol is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any game or social platform. The symbols on this site are public Unicode characters that belong to no one. Product names such as Free Fire, PUBG Mobile and Instagram are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe where a name is meant to be pasted.
What we cannot do
Being clear about this saves you a wasted email. We have no access to any game or social account, so we cannot recover a lost account, change a nickname for you, reverse a ban, or refund a rename card. Those requests belong to the platform’s own support, not to us. We also cannot tell you whether a specific name is still available — only the platform can answer that at the moment you try it.
What we know about you when you write
If you email us, we hold your message and your address for as long as it takes to deal with it, and we do not add you to any mailing list. Using the site itself does not require an account: the name you type into the generator is sent to our servers to build the results and is counted towards which names are popular, and a nickname you choose to submit to the community list is stored and shown publicly. We do not ask for your real name, phone number or payment details anywhere on this site.
Common questions
How long does a reply take?
We aim for three business days, and sooner for removal requests. If a week has passed with no answer, send the message again — occasionally a reply lands in spam on the way back.
Which languages can I write in?
English is safest and gets the quickest reply. We can read other languages with translation help, which adds a day or two.
Can I suggest a symbol set or a style?
Yes, and these are welcome. Send the characters themselves plus a line on where you would use them; suggestions that come with real examples are the ones that usually make it onto the site.
Do you have a phone number or office address?
No. NickSymbol is an online publication and email is the only channel we operate, so every request is handled in writing.
