NickSymbol is a free character library and nickname generator. It is not connected to any of the games or apps it describes, it cannot promise that a name you build will be accepted, and it is not advice about your account. This page sets out those limits plainly.

No affiliation with any game or platform
NickSymbol is an independent site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Garena, Krafton, Meta, TikTok, Discord, Roblox, Mojang, Google or any other company named on this site. Product names, game names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used here only to describe where a character can be pasted.
If you need an authoritative answer about what a game allows in a name, the game’s own support channel is the authority. This site is a reference, not a rulebook.
We cannot guarantee a name will be accepted
Every platform validates names on its own servers, with rules it can change at any moment and rarely publishes in full. A name built here may be rejected for length, for a character the field will not take, because someone already has it, or for a reason the platform does not explain. That is normal and it is outside our control.
The same applies to the tricks that circulate in this niche. Blank names, invisible characters and unusual spacing exist because of how a particular input field handles particular codepoints — they are side effects, not features, and platforms close them. Anything on this site described as working is described as working on the date stated, and nothing more than that.
Names, conduct rules and account risk
Decorating a name is ordinary and extremely common. What gets accounts actioned is what a name says — impersonating staff or a well-known player, slurs, sexual content, or a clan tag that breaks the game’s conduct rules. Those rules belong to the platform, they are enforced by the platform, and using this site does not exempt anyone from them.
You are responsible for the name you choose. We cannot review it for you, and we accept no liability for a warning, a name reset, a suspension or a ban that follows from a name you decided to use.
Display differences between devices
Whether a character appears correctly depends on the fonts installed on the device doing the looking — not on the text itself. The same string can look perfect on one phone and show as an empty box on another, and both are seeing the identical characters. We flag which groups are riskier in this respect, but we cannot test every device, operating system version and app combination in existence.
Links to other sites
Where we link out — usually to a platform’s own documentation or to the Unicode standard — we do it because it is the better source for that particular fact. We do not control those pages and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy after we linked to them, or their privacy practices.
Not professional advice
Nothing here is legal advice, security advice or advice about your relationship with any platform. If a naming question has consequences that matter to you — a business account, a trademark, a dispute — talk to someone qualified rather than to a symbol website.
Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep the site accurate and online, and we correct errors when we find them or when they are reported. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current at any given moment. The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude liability for loss arising from use of it — and nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Tell us if something here is wrong
Corrections are welcome and we act on them. Email mail@nicksymbol.com with the page and the problem. How we handle a correction is described in our editorial policy; what we do with data is in the privacy policy; the rules of using the site are in the terms of use.
